I don't get all the users to add them as followers

When I try to add a user in followers in a comment, I don’t know why I don’t get all the users but only some of them

Hello,

Normally, all users in your company should be able to be assigned.
Make sure of the following points in a similar post:

I made sure all those points in that post (Company does not show active - #4 par PakMax) are configured but I still don’t get all the users when I want to add them as followers.
