Axelor Capabilities- Maintenance, Accounting

Hi!
I’m considering implementing Axelor. I’d like to know:

  1. Does Axelor have a way to schedule preventative maintenance in the manufacturing schedule? Do they have any maintenance management?
  2. Is Axelor’s accounting package integrated/based on another company (Peachtree, Quickbooks, Sage Accounting etc.) or did they make their own accounting system?
  3. Can you self host Axelor on your own premise? (Not implement on the cloud)
