Can't create Advance Payment

When I try to create an Advance payment invoice, I meet this issue:

But there isn’t any such settings in the product card.
This is the first time I met such problem. I’ve already set the payment conditions:

Go to the Account Config configuration of the company concerned

In the panel Invoicing try to fill
Advance payment product
