Create a ticket on Helpdesk module but I need mail notification

Hi all,
Good Day!

I need mail notification for creating a ticket on Helpdesk module.

There is no option in the Helpdesk App. So you shall need to setup in the App Builder → BPM Studio.

There is example under the App for helpdesk.
For mail, like email, you will need the « User Task », and module is Message or use under Menu/Task, Email Action.
