Data Import - REST DataSource

Hi,
The import guide talks about the SOAP ,XMl,CSV - https://docs.axelor.com/adk/5.2/dev-guide/data-import/integration.html.
IS there any guide on external System API integration. where in all API’s are returning JSON data format and follow the REST (not SOAP) .For example public api of shipping Solution - https://developers.easyship.com/ .
Is there guide or Axelor inbuit features to integrate the external application.
