Folder Documents Permission

Hi All
I have the following document folder structure (As image attached)

  • AREA COMUNE

  • EMPLOYEE A

  • EMPLOYEE B

  • EMPLOYEE C

I want to allow Employee A to be able to write his own folder
Without allowing him see the full structure?
How is possible?
