How can I configure my Favorite screens(tabs) to load automatically when I login to Axelor?

When I login to my Axelor I get this gray screen:

attach it to your user action, you can see it in user edit screen

Hello marty,

you can do this by going to action-view

and select this ( use as home function ) to make it your home action.

You can use any action-view depends upon your needs.
