Hello,
under CRM > Customers > Customer card, there should be all related Tasks, Projects, Contracts, invoices, events, … etc. for this specific customer. so it is easy to track all related transactions/actions and to get a summary.
I’m not sure how to track all related customer’s transactions in the system
it seems to me all actions are scattered, how to follow up all the actions related to a specific customer.
