How to backup and restore a container/volumes in another server

Hi Axelor Team,
I have a docker container running axelor,
what’s the best practice to backup and restore this container (with its volumes) in another server?

container backup not comes under axelor support, axelor give option from its interface, you can search backup in menu, however sharing below the link where you can find relevant information.
