How to get the notification in mail when ticket is updated or assigned,
How it Possible in Axelor.

Hello

Follower can be added from the Ticket form view. Mail will be delivered to all the follower of specific ticket.
On which field value updation, follower should get the mail, can be configured from domain-model : Messaging :: Axelor Documentation.
