We’ve been through every end of the documentation trying to figure out how to set these two parts in accounting, the Purchase and Sale accounts. We’ve set up our journals and everything we can find. This is a hurdle we can’t seem to get over. Can anybody shed light on what to do to resolve this?
We are likewise stuck on this point. Even if we have not set up our accounts right, we would expect that having run the « Import chart of accounts » procedure, we would at least have at least one fallback entry in the dropdown list for the various accounts. Just having an empty dropdown list with no apparent explanation of what we are supposed to do is very frustrating.
