How to update database when i changed a domain

I have a custom module.
I want to update DB when I update my domain and run the source again.
Have any solutions?

Refreshing all views should update also DB models

I have once written meta refresh script, I have shared with @fabiobottan too, flyway migration and refresh_meta can do the job
