In the HR module, I set up a recovery day off for the Belgian national holiday (July 21, 2024) which falls on a Sunday this year.
This leave can only be available to the employee once the public holiday has expired.
I therefore set the validity date from 07/22/2024 until 12/31/2024 to implement this rule.
However it seems that it does not work like that. The day off is available, selectable and validable for the employee as evidenced by the counter on the employee file.
Which brings me to my question: “Why is the leave validity date not taken into account by the module?”
