I Need Advice with Configuring Axelor ERP for Inventory Management?

Hello there,

I have recently started exploring Axelor ERP; and I must say I am quite impressed with its modular design and user friendly interface. Although; I am running into some challenges while setting up the inventory management module; and I am hoping someone here could guide me through the process.

I need to organize my inventory into multiple categories e.g., raw materials, finished goods, spare parts. While I have been able to create categories; I am unsure how to effectively associate them with specific workflows or reporting structures. Are there any best practices for setting this up?

I want to track stock movements between warehouses in real time; but I am struggling with the configuration of transfer orders. Should I be using specific workflows or permissions to manage this effectively?

I have enabled the sales and purchase modules; but I am not sure how to fully link these modules to the inventory. For instance; how do I ensure stock levels are updated automatically when sales orders are processed or purchase orders are received?
