I’m trying to convert lead based on CRM user role and CRM manager role but I can’t convert while receiving the issue « Access error: You are not authorized to read this resource ».

Whole system is managed based on Role and Permission.
So for reading purpose you need read permission for specific domain model like wise for create, delete, export, etc. Here you are trying to read some record for which permission is not provided. Administrator can manage the permission fr specific user for specific domain model.
