just getting an error there is no « to/cc/bcc » when completing

yes but do you have inform the user to the email adresse ?
For my case :
I have this error when I didn’t write an email on my customer but configure that email have to be send when I confirm the invoice.
So maybe not a configuration problem but just the user info…
Tell use more (traceback, axelor version …)
