Mail subject in Helpdesk Ticket

What ‹ Mail subject › in the Ticket in Helpdesk module meaning?


The field labeled « Mail Subject » in the Helpdesk module serves as the default subject for every email that is sent to the followers.

In other words, when you create and send an email related to a particular Helpdesk ticket, the content of the « Mail Subject » field is automatically set as the subject of that email for all the designated followers of the Helpdesk ticket.
