Not able to run Axelopr

I am getting error while trying to run code from Git

Exception in thread « main » java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/juli/logging/LogFactory

I am referring Axelor Project set up - YouTube
I am using IntelliJ and Eclipse both.
How can I run the git code?
