I’m a very new user of Axelor, and just beginning to find my way around it, but so far I have been unable to find a way of changing the French partner prefix titles (M. Ms.) to English ones.
To be honest, the only one that really needs changing is M. -> Mr. but I cannot find where it’s stored!
