Pb to save phone number on prospect and leads

Hello, I have a problem: the phone numbers are not saved when creating a lead or prospect. If I go back and modify it, it works. This forces me to enter the phone number twice (Version: 8.2.0 )

Save works only with +33 ( french ) phone number indicator.

Hello, it seems to happen on the first save of the form. I’m going to report the problem so that it can be corrected, thanks.
