Prices in quotations cards view show with 3 decimals

In Axelor 8.4.7, prices in quotations cards view show with 3 decimals. Everywhere else (grid view, form view) the show properly with 2 decimals.

Furthermore user locale setting is ignored (in all views). E.g. in el_GR locale « , » (comma) is decimal separator but in Axelor prices still use « . » (dot)
