How to improve the startup speed, during the startup process, there is no log in one place but it takes 1.30 seconds?

There is commented lines in the application.properties file about logs. Uncommente them to see what append during this 1.3 sec
Modifying application.properties is of no use. I debugged it. It looks like tomcat wasted this time, but I still don’t know why?
