Is the java spring framework used in axelor?
And which type of other Java technologies, report generate technologies used in Axelor project?

Everything is open source with Axelor: https://github.com/axelor so you can check some features by yourself.
They seems to use JPA and not Spring.
For the second question, i don’t know.
