I want to configure the module hr so that some timesheets of my users are validated by several people, for example to user1 his requests are validated first by his responsble then by the human resources manager

Currently this functionality is not available in our ERP. We really appreciate your idea. If in future we plan for this features we will update it. But if you’r want ou can add this custom features by adding extension view.
