could anyone guide me from where URL is formed. When i am opening any record, it displays full URL to the user which is not very best practice as far as security is concerned.

Instead it should only display below URL in browser title bar

Can anyone guide on the same. Or this part “#/ds/crm.root.lead/edit/26” in encrypted format.

Hiding or encrypting a part of the URL is not possible within your application due to the direct management of this functionality by the AOP framework.
Given the framework’s inherent design and limitations, the ability to modify or manipulate the URL structure may not be available for customization or configuration.
