User cannot create helpdesk ticket

I added the HelpDesk module and the menu to a user.
Unfortunately the user cannot create a new ticket.
I don’t understand how it runs for Admin… as I cannot see any object related to this module into the permissions…
It’s really strange, the way it is defined, and I feel there was some changes with v 4.1…some piece is missing in the puzzle to understand how to customize…hard to understand…I made a lot of tests, with different variants…but none was succesfull…

Same method than for your problem on teamwork. Look at the object associated on an helpdesk view by moving your cursor on the name of the tab.

So you should create a new permission with object :
com.axelor.apps.helpdesk.db.*
