Using Email to create Lead or Ticket

We’re confused about the email system with Axelor. We’re attempting to set it up to monitor a sales and support email IMAP box and when an email comes in, we need Axelor to create a ticket or a lead based on the email address. We are hoping to handle all communications with the customers directly in Axelor, as it’s virtually impossible to have all of our sales and support teams handling these inboxes directly. These features are pretty standard among most CRM and Helpdesk systems, so it would be odd if it’s not available here.

Is this functionality possible with Axelor? If not, is there a way we can create a solution that makes is possible?

I don’t think that it could be possible right now. The better way to do it is to create your own batch to read emails and assign the ticket.
