We’re confused about the email system with Axelor. We’re attempting to set it up to monitor a sales and support email IMAP box and when an email comes in, we need Axelor to create a ticket or a lead based on the email address. We are hoping to handle all communications with the customers directly in Axelor, as it’s virtually impossible to have all of our sales and support teams handling these inboxes directly. These features are pretty standard among most CRM and Helpdesk systems, so it would be odd if it’s not available here.
Is this functionality possible with Axelor? If not, is there a way we can create a solution that makes is possible?
